Cascade Horizon began as an online retail store in 2010, selling fashion footwear primarily to the USA but also internationally. Initially our inventory and order fulfillment needs were provided by 3rd party services based in Kentucky, as well as Amazon FBA. In 2012 we began opening brick & mortar stores, creating a small chain of retail outlets in the Seattle area. Although the physical stores took a lot of attention, we maintained our online operations, expanding into email marketing and social media. With the brick and mortar operations, we relocated all of our inventory to the Pacific Northwest, and moved our order fulfillment operations in-house.
